Ingredients:

Gluten Free Oats, Toasted Almonds, Toasted Pumpkin Seeds, Toasted Sunflower Seeds, Chia, Psyllium Husk, Vancouver Island Sea Salt, Organic Maple Syrup, Olive Oil, Canola Oil & Whistler Water.

STORAGE: Keep the mountain loaf in the fridge (up to a week) or slice thinly and freeze (up to a month). This is to prevent the oils from the nuts and seeds during the baking process from going rancid.

You can also slice it into cubes to use as croutons, or break up a slice and crumble it as a topping for a bake.
